Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or accessing DreemFolio AI services. By creating an account, completing a transaction via PayHere or Bank Transfer, or utilizing our software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this agreement.

1 Agreement to Terms & Eligibility
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", "you") and DreemFolio AI ("Platform", "Merchant", "we", "us"). You must be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our platform or execute financial transactions. By registering, purchasing a subscription pass, or using our software, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal authority to enter into these terms.
2 SaaS Subscription Plans & Duration Options
DreemFolio AI provides freemium access alongside paid career enhancement passes. To suit individual job-hunt timelines, users can purchase flexible multi-duration access passes:
Includes up to 2 AI Tailoring Runs per day; 2 Lifetime Classic ATS PDF Downloads; 1 Lifetime Visual Photo CV Download; and 3 AI Cover Letters (the 1st download is completely clean; subsequent downloads carry a watermark badge). Resumes may be auto-saved to cloud storage; restoring saved cloud resumes into the active workspace requires an active Pro plan.
Unlocks unlimited AI resume tailoring runs; unlimited Classic ATS and Visual Photo PDF downloads without watermarks; unlimited cloud resume save and restore; and live web portfolio hosting.

3 Digital Service Fulfillment & Delivery Policy
In strict compliance with e-commerce regulations and the PayHere Merchant Guidelines, DreemFolio AI operates exclusively as a digital cloud service provider:
- No Physical Shipping: DreemFolio AI does not sell, package, or dispatch any physical goods. There are zero shipping fees, logistics delays, or customs duties associated with our platform.
- Instant Automated Delivery: Subscription privileges, watermark removal, and AI quota allocations are activated immediately and automatically upon receipt of real-time payment confirmation (IPN) from the PayHere Payment Gateway or instant automated bank verification.
- Electronic Confirmation: Upon successful checkout, a digital invoice and payment receipt displaying the transaction reference, order ID, duration, and timestamp are immediately transmitted to your registered email address and displayed in your account's Billing History.
- Service Availability: Our cloud services are engineered for 99.9% uptime, accessible 24/7/365 worldwide from any standard desktop or mobile web browser.
4 Payment Methods, PayHere Gateway Security & Currency
- Authorized Gateway: All credit card, debit card, and mobile wallet payments are securely routed and processed through the PayHere Payment Gateway, which is fully authorized and regulated by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) and certified to PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance standards.
- Supported Payment Instruments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Sampath Vishwa, Frimi, Genie, eZ Cash, mCash, and Direct Bank Deposit/Transfer with online slip verification.
- Zero Card Data Storage: DreemFolio AI never collects, processes, intercepts, or stores cardholder numbers, CVV codes, or banking PINs on our servers. All sensitive financial authentication occurs directly within PayHere's 256-bit encrypted checkout iframe.
- Billing Currency & Purchasing Power Parity (PPP): Sri Lankan residents and local cardholders are billed transparently in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). International users are billed in US Dollars (USD). All checkout pages display the final price inclusive of applicable platform charges before you confirm payment.
- Prepaid Control: All passes are billed under a prepaid model. You are never automatically charged surprise renewal fees without your explicit agreement.
5 100% User Intellectual Property Ownership
You retain full copyright, commercial ownership, and title to all resumes, cover letters, career portfolios, and personal details entered into or generated through DreemFolio AI.
DreemFolio AI claims zero intellectual property or licensing rights over your resume documents. You are free to distribute, submit, publish, or monetize your resume materials without restriction. The underlying software, visual design templates, and algorithms remain the proprietary property of DreemFolio AI.
6 Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree not to:
- Use the platform to forge fraudulent degrees, fabricate false professional qualifications, or commit identity deception.
- Circumvent, tamper with, or reverse-engineer software quota limits, watermark protections, or paywalls.
- Deploy automated scrapers, bot crawlers, or high-concurrency scripts to overwhelm AI inference endpoints or database clusters.
- Upload viruses, malicious payloads, or harmful executable scripts into resume text or portfolio hosting subdomains.
- Conduct unauthorized penetration tests or denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against our infrastructure.
Violations will result in immediate termination of account privileges without eligibility for refund.
7 AI Output Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
DreemFolio AI utilizes advanced probabilistic generative AI models to provide resume recommendations and ATS keyword alignments:
Candidate Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, proofreading, and verifying the factual accuracy of all experience dates, skill proficiencies, and employment accomplishments before submitting your resume to recruiters.
No Employment Guarantee: While engineered to maximize ATS parsing scores and interview callbacks, DreemFolio AI does not guarantee employment offers, interview invitations, or specific salary outcomes.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Sri Lankan and international law, DreemFolio AI's aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DreemFolio in the three (3) months preceding the incident.
8 Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service, all financial transactions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, including the Electronic Transactions Act No. 19 of 2006 (as amended) and the Consumer Affairs Authority Act.
Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Hambanthota, Sri Lanka shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
